Start the morning to take a swim in the lake from our private dock. Watch the eagles soar, otters, ducks, Canadian geese, hummingbirds and swallows. Stroll in the flower and herb gardens. Have a picnic or read a book on one of the many decks or at the waters' edge. Enjoy an afternoon biking, hike the mountain trails, fish for trout in the lake or visit our Gift Gallery featuring local artists and artisans.

Our evenings and nights are cool due to the proximity to the Pacific Ocean. And we are far enough away from the lights of Victoria to even allow star or satellite gazing. And you may certainly borrow our binoculars.

You can watch wildlife right from our sundeck. If you take your time you may see woodpeckers, otters, geese, squirrels, raven, herons and the American National Bird, the Bald Eagle.
